You undertake that all details you provide us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

• As all beds, mattresses and furniture are made to order, Foxy Beds Ltd does not accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been wrongly ordered by the customer.
• In cases where there is a damaged product, the bed or mattress is not as described on our website, we will earnestly attempt to fix the problem at the earliest possible time, this may involve sending new parts or sections of the bed or an authorised return of the bed, mattress, or furniture. We will issue a full refund once we received the goods back in our warehouse.
• Even though we do not offer returns of made to order products we will always work with our customers to find mutually agreeable solutions, so that our customers are never left fending for themselves.

• Our Guarantee is the term used to ensure that buyers may shop with confidence on FoxyBeds.com
• All purchases made on FoxyBeds.com are guaranteed under the Our Guarantee provided that the buyer has complied with these Usage Terms and Conditions.
• Buyers may only make one Our Guarantee claim per item.
• The guarantee set out in this paragraph is non contractual. We shall operate it at our entire discretion. In every case our decision is final and hence no further escalation of claim can be pursued.

1. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
